You know, I really thought having a nice big house of my own would be perfect, but I was wrong. The one issue with having a house like mine is that it's seems so big and empty with just me in it. I've been considering seeing if any college students want to rent a room, or possibly getting a dog. Maybe both. I have two extra bedrooms and all things considered I miss the noise of the condo I used to own.
Work has been slow lately, no new cases to help the SFPD on and no new patients. It's a little sad how much spare time I have at work. I went and got a couple things of bubbles and was going to ambush a few people with them, but without Maes to help me it just wouldn't be the same. I actually ended up taking a nap on my couch after going shopping the other day.
I've been working on putting together a little something for someone special, and I think it'll go well. It's somewhat amusing, I'm fairly confident that what I'm planning will be appreciated, but it's so hard to gauge someone's reaction when you're attempting to do something new and exciting. I still can't believe some of those outfits still fit, and whoever invented stiletto heels is a Godsend. My legs have never looked better.
That reminds me, I was cleaning out my attic and I found quite a few things that I have no use for. Emil, if you're in need of some t-shirts and button-downs I found quite a few that I won't ever wear. It's all clean, just I really have no reason to have all of these here anymore. Actually, I think I'll keep one or two, for old times sake...lots of good hometown memories.
Jean, I found a few pictures from when I was modeling a few years ago, and I figured if you wanted one maybe we could actually swap so I could have one of you. You could either have
this one or
this one. Just let me know, and I'll get it framed for you.
...oh hey, no mention of drinking. See? I can be a good girl...
