I am so glad the 4th is over, and hopefully that means any fireworks are too. I had forgotten how loud they could be, and in light of that maybe taking Luke to the Street Fair was not the best of ideas. Ah well, we had some fun, and I got a little color out of the deal.

I don't think I want to go to work tomorrow, I'd much rather drive down the coast and do some surfing. Anyone up for playing hooky with me? I got a new bikini and I have an extra surf board...
