Of all the times for my father to show up, when I was dancing around the house serenading Novalis to "What's New Pussycat?" was one of those times I would have preferred advanced notice. Instead, the cab pulled up with me none the wiser and him catching the 'moment' on video. This does not bode well.
Novalis is getting so big! I forgot to ask Jean if he likes cats, but I'm sure he'd have let me know if he had any allergies. Hopefully the cats won't get in the way when I'm cooking the Thanksgiving dinner.
