I think I've cloistered myself long enough, I need to get out of here. Much as I feel my house is safe and the company is wonderful I need to stop acting like a child hiding from bogeymen and attempt to live again.
I want to go dancing, but I don't want to go alone and Jean appears to be busy with work. Either that, or he's deliberately avoiding me which I really would rather not consider... Anyway, I'd ask Aang but I wouldn't want to embarrass the poor kid. Looks like I'll need a stand-in boyfriend, who wants to volunteer?
I should be back at the station next week, I just need to finish updating my security system and arrange for those self-defense classes. Anything to feel safer... Kenpachi, do you have a formal class schedule or is it by appointment only?
