averting danger
This is just a quick entry because I noticed that I currently have 666 journal entries, not counting this one. So... Heh.
March 14th was Pi day, so naturally, it has to be celebrated with pie. Leo got a delicious lemon meringue pie that is already completely devoured. Mom had the bright idea (that was shot down) of getting three pies, one for each of us. Sometimes, I kind of wonder if she really wants to lose weight.
March 15th is the ides of March. Oh, no, Caesar dies! He should have heeded that soothsayer's warning. This day is also a celebration to the Roman god of war, Mars. Yay, go him.
Um... I should be asleep. I go to class in a mere six and a half hours. Bleh. I get to wear jeans and a "wacky" t-shirt, due to a whole week of crazy for St. Patrick's Day. Too bad I only go on Tuesday. I think Thursday is Hippie Day and Friday is Wacky Hat/wig day. I don't have a wacky t-shirt, except for a shirt with an oddly drawn sumo wrestler. It's an Anime Network shirt that I got for free for winning second place in the cosplay contest at Mechacon all those years ago.
Speaking of which, Mechacon has moved to New Orleans and is now in July instead of August. I'm still planning on going. Kyu-chan said she'd kidnap me if she had to! I just have to finally get my debit card and preregister before I can't anymore. Blarg.
I re-read all of Girl Genius. I just finished a little while ago, and it took me about five days. That archive is HUGE! Well, it has been going on since 2000, and the professors say that the story is only around 35% finished. It's my favorite webcomic. I love it so. I have a few icons from it. I miss my paid account, though! I has so many more ready to use.
I read over thirty webcomics, so it being my favorite out of all of those is pretty good. Heh.
