Yesterday was a really good day.
Woke up with my love holding me while he waited for the tenth round of snooze to go off.
I was told to just relax all day, so I did.
Set some stuff up that needed to be.
Waited for Mr. Wonderful to get back from work.
Talked to some old friends and watched movies.
Then Mr. Wonderful came home.
We cuddled for a little while.
Then I kicked his ass in Street Fighter. =)
After giving him an ass whooping, we went to the store so I could get stuff to make dinner.
Came home, cooked dinner while Mr. Ican'tbeatJerricawithoutmysupers worked on his car for a bit.
Then we had dinner and dessert, and went out into the barn.
Yeah, when he tells me stuff about his engine, I don't really understand what he is saying. Yet I am still interested to learn because it is stuff he is really into.
See this? This is the old head. See that? That is the new head. This is the intake for the old one and this is the intake for the new one. You see that little black box on this one? Well that one doesn't have it. So I have to attached this thingamajig to that whatchamacallit and find a way to stick this thingamabobber on and plug up the holes.
I think I got the jest of it.
I needed to go get my new license today, but I can't because I have to pay $15 for a new one and $50 for a class that I said I was going to take, but didn't.
So my afternoon is spent on laundry and cleaning up the endless amount of Dr. Pepper cans my boyfriend loves to collect on his desk.
I have to leave in a little less than two hours to go pick him up.
Maybe I can work on my Street Fighter skills while I wait on the laundry, so I can once again kick his butt (which I love) tonight when he is done putting together the puzzle known as his engine.
