Things are going well all around for the time being. No further updates until the first ultrasound, which will be next week. Look forward for that.
Okay, so a person that is dear to my heart sent this to me. Timekiller I know, but I can't sleep and I bit at the bait. If you're interested, just send me a reply of "interview me".
1. If you could travel anywhere in the world (unlimited funds), where would you go, with whom, & what would you do?
This one is kind of easy. The major trip I would take would be to Japan. Japan has called to me for years and I would love to visit. I would go solo on my trip, since it would be a "spiritual" journey for me. As for what I would do, well there would be a lot! Japan has a lot going on. Visiting the capital, as well as the ancient capital is high on the list. Visiting the temples and spending time in them would be a lot of fun.
2. What do you think are your five best qualities? How would your closest friends answer this question?
In no particular order: my eyes, my passion to live life to the fullest, my sense of humor, my sense of honor and my heart. My closest friends I hope would agree with me, but I know that there are some things that I'm not thinking of at this point.
3. Not counting your engagement, wedding, or finding out you are going to be a daddy (those are way too predictable), what is the best memory you have in life (details please!)?
Well, there are two of them. They are both accomplishments that I'm quite proud of. The first goes way back to my pro wrestling days. I was in the championship match with my real life close friend and we had a hell of a match. There was points in the match that we could have gotten seriously hurt and the funny thing is that the match was absolutely flawless. Winning the title for the first time was pretty cool too (details will have to provided in a person to person setting, it would be too long)!
Second one is more recent. At work, they reinstated the employee of the month. Guess who was the first? Needless to say that at the end of that month I wanted that title back!
4. If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or dead, real or imagined, who would it be & why (& what would you talk about)?
This one could be a cop-out, but there is one person that I would love to sit and talk to him one last time. My mom's mom remarried and Grampa Al would be that one person. You see, while I really never knew my paternal grandpa, Grampa Al was the one that I spent a lot of time under the learning tree. I'm not sure what we would talk about, but I would like to hear him one more time...
5. What is your ideal birthday dinner, appetizer to dessert including beverage?
Okay, the last one would be the hardest. This would take place in a wonderful place that I wish existed...
It would start with a Killian's and a shot of tequila. The waitress would bring out a basket of Cheddar Biscuits (similar to Red Lobster, only better). There would be no appetizer, I don't do them. Dinner is simple; Chicago Deep Dish Pizza (especially from Gino's) and no I'm not picky on the toppings. No one screws up a Gino's deep dish, but simple is better. Dessert would have to be a homemade cheesecake with strawberry topping. After all of that; nothing would make a birthday dinner spectacular than spinning around on the dance with a beautiful woman on my arm under the starlight.
Truthful, a bit touching, but truthful. Okay have a great night.
