omelette sayuran

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 cloves of shallots, chopped
75 gr carrots, coarse drawstring
75 grams of beans, thinly sliced
1 red tomato, cut into small cubes
1 stem of leeks, finely sliced
1 piece / 50 gr sausage, cut into pieces
How to make
Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Set it aside. Divide into two parts (to make 2 omelets).
Meanwhile, saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. (We recommend using a 14 cm diameter nonstick pan). Add carrots, beans, tomatoes, onions and sausages. Stir briefly until the vegetables are slightly wilted.
Pour the beaten egg mixture. Flatten vegetables throughout the omelet surface. Reduce the heat and cover the pan for 2 minutes. Lift.
Put it on a serving plate, fold the omelette.
