This is the title of the chapter. (The text on Kaname’s right) Having him look so alone and miserable like that wants me to Photoshop Zero into the picture. (I think I read somewhere of someone saying a Zero hugging Kaname from behind would be sexy and at the same time pretty scenic.)

Man, Rido is just totally all over Kaname. He should get a life (oh wait, he’s dead =_=) and leave Kaname alone!

Rido: The truth is, you probably don’t even have a faint wish, am I right? (Now this is me not getting the context of what Rido is implying. Is he implying about the thing Kaname is waiting for? Japanese text reads, “Kasuka na nozomi mo hontou ha nai no darou?”)

I don’t know but the cloaked Yuuki actually I think that is Juuri. My interpretation for that is, Kaname is torn between what is right for Yuuki (freedom or imprisonment) to protect her in order for her not to end up tragically like what happened to her mother, that is, Juuri. It may be Rido influencing Kaname’s mind to actually imagine these pictures of Yuuki (and Juuri). Rido having Yuuki envisioned with chains... and then putting Juuri in the picture too... Makes sense, no? (Okay... maybe it’s just me....)

Awwww.... I just can’t stop fangirling this scene! Yuuki remembering Zero’s scent and then her thinking about what she said to Zero! It’s like a reverse of what was the situation before. Yuuki will never think of this before when she had Zero by her side all the time. This will be a scenario with Kaname before. Her worrying of what she would say to strike a conversation with Kaname-‘senpai’. I think this was a very nice touch, to see the whole situation flipped and have Yuuki worrying over such trivial things such as words she would say when she sees Zero. Endearing but also sad... T^T

Aidou: I’ll be guarding outside the door. (Is it just me or is this kind of a warning to Zero that he shouldn’t do anything funny to Yuuki because Aidou WILL be watching? XD)

Aidou: I’m now thinking whether this (letting Zero bed Yuuki? I mean, letting Zero and Yuuki spend time together) is for the best or not. (not really sure about this translation but it fits so...) (What I know is, Aidou is still concerned that Zero might want to kill Yuuki still)
Zero: When this pureblood’s consciousness returns, it’s just better to make her drink something, that’s all there is. (Waaaaaah.... He never calls her Yuuki anymore!!! T^T)

Yuuki’s surprised look here doesn’t only imply her surprise that Kaname was there watching. I think she was also surprised by her own actions. She was ABOUT TO BITE ZERO!!!

After reading the whole chapter, I now believe that Zero was implying INDEED that he would have killed Yuuki if she had decided to bite him. Man, that was such an intense line and Zero just delivered it like they were just talking about the weather!
I thought for a moment Zero was trying to make a small talk about escaping Touma’s attack but that wasn’t lethal enough to kill Yuuki that he would use the term, ‘barely escaped’
Yuuki: ....put me down.... (blushing-- not the cutesy blush though. This is the blush she has when she is in pain, after saying or doing something that hurt Zero. Remember, she had this blush when Zero told her in the ball not to touch him)
Zero: If you are able to stand.
Yuuki *blushing*: I can stand... Thank you...

Yuuki’s back is towards the bat.
Yuuki: ...sorry.....

I now see what sagakure and some other people thinking that it was Zero who broke the window. I think it is him now. The impact of the window breaking was ACTUALLY from inside the room. Glass breaks and the window is also forced open. The shutters direction is going towards outside. I think Zero didn’t do it purposely but he is having a hard time controlling himself. Remember there is a part of Zero that wants Yuuki and he is trying to quell that side of him from taking over (the vines).
Aidou: What happened?!?

Yuuki: ... I am very sorry. (She looks so sad, maybe because she interpreted that glass breaking as Zero’s irritation and desire to drive her out)
