I have a doubt. The number on my hand, is it the number of times I have been revived or the number of times I CAN be revived? it's very confusing.

Esha is the person who brought us all here. She lives in the forest, and places curses on us regularly for her entertainment.

Usually, not everyone in Sigil is cursed at the same time. It depends on the number on your hand, whether it's odd or even. People with odd numbers and people with even numbers are cursed in turns. The last one effected the odds, so the next curse that takes place will effect the evens.
