about 4 pm, man in truck brakes at bus stop, where two women are sitting, and offers a ride downtown. women politely decline.
friendly? or creepy? creepy? that's what we thought when comparing notes: "i thought you knew him" "i thought YOU knew him!"
hello, school safety lesson flashback. i mean, i'm almost certain he was just trying to be nice, but neither of us had ever met him before. sorry, but i'd rather not get in a moving vehicle driven by a complete stranger. call me crazy.
