almost, almost, almost.
so close. I painted until exhaustion and am happy with where the painting is... I resolved most compositional issues and now the finalizing. the cage form needs a bit of tweaking, its interior spaces, the thicker areas of "drapey" paint, and the interior of the large orb needs building up of paint / reds / oranges / perhaps some refining of highlights. there are several small details that need refining mainly in the mid-left to center part of the piece, close to the draping forms and also the cage object.
