:D :D :D WOOT! That was a great ride!!! Really had me reading, and reading ahead a few lines at the same time! Did great with conveying the up/down emotions of it all, and you had just enough detail and perspective to convey the large scale of the battle to make it feel chaotic and real ( ... )

Yay! I'm glad you liked it~! That was so difficult to write, I'm thrilled it came out the way I wanted it, and conveyed the right amount of chaos. &hearts

I know, I know, Holmes totes deserves a punch in the face just not meeee, but instead he gets to mack on Watson. *shrug* XD

Ooh, he is like that guy! (I went on wiki to read about him) The marquis' name comes from Puss in Boots, as the fake name of Puss' master. TV tropes calls him a "Magnificent Bastard", which I think is entirely appropriate. lol.

Now I just have to tackle the next challenge: porn. >///

Hah! Yes, he is the original Magnificent Bastard! And the Drizzt series is totally worth reading just for Jarlaxle, although he actually got his own shootoff series cause so many people liked him. lol.

The tear was mending, now that her assailants were gone, and it was at this time that Holmes took the wrong step, or Moriarty took the right one, and they fell.
They fell through the door and I could do nothing to stop it.
