So today I worked my way through most of the 1996 Neverwhere miniseries, and about half-way through, while also trying to write the next chapter of
Underland, the John Watson in my head started narrating in a Scottish accent. It was really disorienting. ><
It's pretty awful in a 90's kind of way, but kind of awesome too. Hunter was a little annoying, like her much better in the book, and Door was awkward, but the marquis and Richard were great. Special effects aside, I enjoyed it! Especially the fact that Islington was played by
Peter Capaldi who was in Torchwood Children of Earth. HURR. FUNNY HOW THAT WORKS.
Listening to
The Unopened Casebook of Sherlock Holmes which is quite fun, and filled with monster mysteries. :D
It's quite entertaining.
