Josh--
This is not appropriate for you to address this issue to me in this abrupt, informal and if I may say, hurtful way. If you want to address this issue with me, then I believe this is something we should discuss in person. I have only asked for an extension (which you made me to believe I was not the only one) on a paper and the exam, I cannot help if I wake up with the flu one morning. Yes, last night when I was studying I felt a little sick, but I did not anticipate to wake up this morning and feel the way in which I did. I went to Student Health ASAP to make sure that I did not have Mono, which I don't, but I still was sick and unable to attend the exam. I have a notice from the doctor to show you. And regards to the second email you sent me, you should have been more formal when you granted me an extension for the paper. I was very open and expressed an interest to explain to you my circumstances and you didn't want to hear it. I am not saying that I will be needing extensions in the future, but you are making me out to a be student that is using you to get by easily, which I am not by any means. I am not just making requests for extensions. I had a legitimate reason for an extension and for my true workmanship to not be penalized for it. I suggest we meet in person and you allow me to explain a few things. I am sorry for the inconvinience that I caused you.
