rode my bike over to poignantly's new apartment today. it's huge. i think i might call the apartment complex about whether they're expecting to have any openings in early august. i'll see what beth thinks of it in the longer-term.
in work news, we had a sales meeting today where jeff (my co-worker and immediate superior) tried to explain to the account executives (salespeople) that they need to run interference so that we can do our job and let the business owners to do theirs. not like any of our problem ae's listened to a word of it. that would be expecting too much of them.
i work with a whole world of idiots, and it's wearing me down. i need to take things into my own hands. i need to not be someone's bitch for the rest of my life. i need to beat this system and if i can't do it in this field then i need to move on.
