I took a nap earlier today and woke up feeling like someone was skinning the inside of my throat with a knife. >: Pleasant.
Oh my God oh my God I just checked my email and one of my Japanese teachers was READING MY BLOG and commented and ahhhhh I'm bizarrely excited because AHHHHH SOMEONE WAS ACTUALLY READING THE THING AHHHHH. Except that I have no idea what she's saying, s-sob. "週末たくさんねてください", does anyone wanna translate? I'munna ask her anyway, but... in case she doesn't respond. "This week many... something... please." I'm guessing that "nete" is a verb but but but we haven't covered -te endings of verbs yet, only -masu/-masen/-mashita and -u. And sadfaise explained it to me once but I've forgotten and it's in my AIM logs but my laptop's a wanker. (Is my teacher telling me to sleep more this week? aksbjgk I know we have to write in hiragana for the most part but it's actually easier when people write in kanji 'cause then I can make a better guess sddjngks.) Oh God ahahaha I had to POPjisyo the "takusan" bit, apparently it means "many" but we haven't learned that yet (we know ooi for "many" and that's it) and I was staring at it for a while like, "takusan. Takusan. Who the fuck is Taku-san? My name's Rachel. D:" *SHOOTS SELF*
Hahahahaha God now I actually have to go back and read what I wrote for the shit I put in my albums. It's part of our homework, making albums with Japanese-related things in there and then making 100-300 word comments on them, and I seriously had like no fucking clue what folders to make 'cause the closest 'tie' I have with Japan right now is like, pornjinshi doujinshi, so I made a food folder and a singers folder (poor Utada Hikaru is all alone in there) and a vidya game folder and put in "Gyakuten Saiban" (Phoenix Wright), "Kingudamu Haatsu" (Kingdom Hearts) and "Sairento Hiru" (Silent Hill). Considering that I like GS so much there was surprisingly little to say about it. Or, well. There was a lot to say about it. But I have no idea how to say "Phoenix Wright is as gay as China is huge and his best buttbuddy in the whole wide world is Miles Edgeworth and they often have frilly sexy tea parties together" in Japanese. lmfao.
edit: I was just thinking about it and oh my God what would I say if I uploaded a pornjinshi folder? I wouldn't get in trouble but like, oh my God, the comments would be hilarious.
