raison d'être: they insisted that i had to go to a customer care service center

raison d'être: and i do NOT want to waste my time going to a care center and having them tell me that they can't do it anyway.

I've been calling people both locally and internationally for hours trying to get things sorted out, too. Roffle oh lawd, my phone bill is going to be atrocious.
