New job
I got a new job. There was a patrolman spot available, so I took it. I think this will be a better fit for me than my previous job. After all, I get paid to help people out and stop troublemakers now, and that's similar to being a mercenary. It's really just the source of the income that's different.

Being a patrolman has other advantages, too. I'm far more likely to hear things in town than on the lake, and even more likely than most other jobs.
