- Community Service Organiser for 2 offices, with 3 administrative assisstants to supervise and over 300 clients
- Program Co-ordinator, again for 2 offices. I am responsible for the hiring of facilitators, encouraging staff to become co-facilitators, organise training etc etc

Stressful, yes, no one to ask question, yes (being the ultimate authority for most things), long ass hours at work, fuck yes. More money? Fuck no. I think this is why I was hoping that a meteor would hit the office on Thursday.
The key I think is to go with the flow. I am only willing to dedicate a certain amount of the time during the day to do that work. If the work is not done in those hours, I go home. One of the few benefits of being the heart of the office is that no one tells me what to do. The manager whines from time to time but if he wants me to stay longer, he can find a quite place and go **** himself. Don't EVER allow work to swallow your personal life Carla.
