first camping trip of the year

Fabulous! me and chels just got away for the weekend to diefenbaker lake, same lake as usual. it was so nice though. here in the city it was so humid, we thought we were just gonna melt at the lake...but it wasn't humid at all. saturday was soooo windy, and i got totally fried. me and chels invested in a dinghy, its bloody fabulous. the lake was so rough cuz it was so windy, whitecaps galore, so we plunged in head first into the whitecaps with our new boat. it was awesome. i wore a new string bikini and actually lost my bottoms a couple times before i learnt to double knot them. the rest of the time was spent wandering aimlessly around the park and chillaxing in front of the fire. it was so nice there...today we got home. we spent the afternoon fishing..my folks drove down to the lake to meet up with us...we didn't catch anything though..that lake sux for fishing..oh well. it was a good time. i ate wayyy too much junkfood. i'm gonna have to go back on my diet, my body doesn't know what hit it and is rebelling. ah well, i'll wait until august...one more big camping trip before then that i'll have to eat junk food at.

back to work tomorrow :P 7:30am...gah. one more week of opening shifts..and being shortstaffed. sux.
