a new, somewhat less conservative, beginning
so my dear friends, it had finally been released. I, the conservative in mind but liberal at heart, have decided to "flip flop" (oh WAIT that was john kerry....) and confess my true political preference. while I will forever remain one with conservative ideals, I am too realistic to continue living a lie and I finally can accept that I have no faith in Humanity to perform in a way that MIGHT just be slightly selfless or not materialistically motivated.
I have joined your side, my fellow liberals. Today I had a political debate with my mom over dinner that became so heated I resorted to calling her a "brainwashed Republican."
Ten minutes later I *think* she proved my point when she looked at Pepper eating my DISTGUSTING sandwich (brought home from the University Grill filled with mushrooms, soggy veggies, a sauce that looked like watered down mayo, on white soggy bread) and said rather loudly "Oh PEPPER! I can't believe she ate THE WHOLE THING!!"
