This is it!
Last note before i pack my computer up! Woohoo! I'm outta here! :D
matrices! Email me your mailing address! I can't get those dogs out to you with out it! I can still check and reply to my email (and comments to LJ, just can't reply to the comments) via my phone. I'm not sure how long i will be without internet.. Could be as much as next Friday or Saturday because the wireless internet card i've been using here is actually Shawn's. I'll have to make sure i have money to buy my own.
At 11pm last night, Shawn called me, and asked me to bring him his spare car key. He and Leslie (or Lester, as is her nickname) went to a softball game, and he lost his keys there somewhere. I was a little nervous at first, because obviously i knew Leslie was going to be at least visible to me..But then i realized that really, i wanted to meet her.
Shawn held me back from saying hello, but finally broke down, and i walked over to a very average looking lady my same height (ie, almost half a foot taller than Shawn), with really long dirty-blonde hair. She didn't look as thin in person as i thought she was, and i think she looked prettier in photos than she did irl just then. We shook hands, and introduced ourselves to each other. Laughed a bit about Shawn losing his keys..and i left. Nothing special, nothing bad. He can have her. Well, he can have himself really! XD I almost feel bad for her now...but i know Shawn can be a great guy too though. Just, if he decides you're on his shit list, he is TOO GOOD at treating you like shit. (he first threatened me with "If you say 'Hi' to her, i wont help you move tomorrow." Oh yes, nice logic, sir. I think he then realized that he had to help me anyway, otherwise i wasn't going anywhere that night, or on moving day :P)
Anyhow, time to wash some last minute things (bed sheets, clothing remaining in my hamper, etc.), make sure i order ferret food online, take a shower, and start loading boxes into my car :D Once Shawn gets home, we'll load up the stuff that wont fit in my car (may actually take two trips with just our vehicles...but my new place is only like 4 minutes away), and then i can start settling in for the rest of the month!
I can't wait to move down to the basement in the beginning of October :> It'll be my own little place, and mom and i will decorate, and i can finally unpack all my boxes, display my little nicknacks, and just be me for the rest of my foreseeable future!
