(no subject)
I've been officially accepted into the AIFS program for St. Petersburg in the Fall. I literally can't stop talking about it/the trip I'm leaving for IN SIX DAYS and still have to do homework for.
DETAILS!
-I'm leaving August 25th and will be back December 12th, although I might end up liking it so much that I go back for a second consecutive semester. WHO KNOWS. Money is kinda key there, too.
-Classes don't start until August 30th, we get a one week break to do whatever (during which I really really want to visit Prague!) along with weekends and other various trips:
+a 3-day trip to Moscow in October
+a 4-day trip to Tallinn, Estonia and Helsinki, which I'm beyond pumped for. I might even decide that I like Helsinki so much that I want to spend part of my break there, but I'm getting way ahead of myself.
-As soon as I figure out my address, I'll give it to you guys but as I'll only be gone for <4 months as of right now and snail mail takes forever to get places, I won't feel bad if nobody sends me anything. I don't know how much access to Internet/time I'll have or how much I'll actually want to be on the computer while I'm there, but I should be able to get on enough to update people once every few weeks at least.
Also...
Six days until I leave for my Europe excursion and return with pictures for everyone, both from my digital camera and the disposables I'm buying for my project. Be back June 11th~
