The interview went very well, I think I was way more on point than I was at the last one. I have got to land this job - the office is spectacular. And, they are tree hugging hippies like me and only take projects that they feel are worth while. And, they have flex hours... I could come in anytime between 7-9 and work 8 hours. AWESOME. I was so much more comfortable there! He seemed like he was somewhat into me working there because I have some experience... he mentioned they had a lot of applicants that were fresh out of school. He also made the point to tell me that no one is just an Autocad monkey in their office - they only hire professionals (i.e. people with Architecture/Interior Design degrees)and if you work on a project, you work on it from start to finish. So great. Not to mention the view of the ocean, and my bus has a stop in their plaza. SWEET. No driving!
I'm getting ahead of myself - he said they'd typically have me in for a second interview if they wanted to hire me. I don't even really care if the pay is a little lower than what I want; working at a sustainable design firm would be great.
Kenny called today... they are currently bar hopping. I was a little irritated when he kept calling and could only talk for 5 min, but I guess if I was cooped up on a sub, I'd want to paint the town red too.
I hope someone wants to go out for St. Pattys tomorrow night. It will be a sad, sad day if I sit at home.
