Spent an hour wrestling with an Apple AirPort base station that I had helped set up yesterday. It was working perfectly, and then today the user brings it back and says "It doesn't work." Somehow the user hosed all the settings, and I had to try and figure out how to fix it. In the process, I developed a headache.
