Photo update
First, a couple flowers from around the neighborhood in a quick attempt to stick to my goal of taking pictures every weekend, before said busy weekend ended.
Today, I went to Winslow over on Bainbridge Island to explore, and to visit the new art museum with my dad. I found an out of the way park on the harbor that I didn't know about. (That's not saying much. Bainbridge Island has always been That Place We Drive Through To Get Home, and I know little about it.) But before that, I got halfway to the bus stop before realizing I forgot my phone (necessary for meeting up with Dad), so I had to turn back. I'm glad, because it meant I got some shots in my favorite style: glowy flowers! The playing field across the street from me is raised up about four feet from the sidewalk, and is at the perfect level to get these ground-level shots without having to squat.
