This will be the first of some overdue picture posts. I'll be merciful, and post them once every day or two.
This last Monday, I went on an overnight backpacking trip with my dad and two of his old college hiking buddies. They're a fun bunch.

Behold, the beautiful and cooperative transparent butterfly!
First up, the top of Lilian Ridge. I think that's my dad in the shot. The tips of Mt Deception, the second tallest mountain in the Olympics, can be seen beyond the ridge. I like how barren everything is.
