Sleepy but Excited
So i've got some good news..... we found a place to move into. It's in Belleview which is about 15 minutes from where we currently live. The house is only like 5 minutes from my grandparents so that works out well for a number of reasons, and Greg works in Belleview as well so that'll save a lot of gas money since he's goes back and forth to the highschool nearly 7 days a week. The kids will have to change schools which upsets me a little, I hate to do that to them but it's a smaller school with smaller class sizes and a better area overall so I think it'll be just fine once they get adjusted.
The house has a lot more room then we have now, 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, tons of closet and storage space, plus a MUCH bigger kitchen. That's one of the things that's bugged me about where we live now, no kitchen counter space and very little cabinet space. So all in all i'm excited plus the biggest thing is no more trailer in a trailer park I have been embarassed by the fact that we live in a trailer park since we moved in.
Now I just have to come up with the money to pay the deposits on all the utilities. I hate that down here everything wants a huge deposit to turn on service and since we're moving to another town none of my current stuff will transfer over.
In school news
apeystar and I both start our pursuit of a higher education on Monday the 25th. The timing isn't exactly great now since I'll probably be moving next week but i'll manage. I hope my financial aid stuff goes through soon, I can't stand waiting to find out things like that. My book money and tuition are deferred until my financial aid results come back. It won't take more then a few more weeks to come through so hopefully i'll have my Pell Grant before next semester to cover all my books and stuff. On the down side if something happens and it doesn't come through there's no way i'll be able to cover my expenses so I might not be able to attend more then one semester.
Greg fell asleep on the couch while I was in the tub so no sex for me tonight. I guess I'll just have to go watch last nights episode of Nip Tuck and think of Dr. Christian while I fall asleep on the other couch.
Oh Oh by the way this week is the season premier of Grey's Anatomy and ER I can't wait till tomorrow night!!!!!!!
Anybody want to come over and babysit Friday night, lol. I've got passes to the movie theater and Greg finally has a Friday night off and we are in desperate need of some childless adult time. I would really like to see Gridiron Gang, mmmmmm the Rock is so sexy.
