so i've been bad and haven't put any of my workouts in here lately. gonna work on that!
today:
3 x 10' pieces
1st piece: about 2:02
2nd piece: about 2:01
3rd piece: about 2:04
felt pretty good afterwards, probably could have done another one, but would have been painful and the shoulder was feeling a bit irritated. went and did core work, and lifted instead.
not as consistent as the last 3x10' workout i did, but still pretty good. have started sculling with katie in a double, which is absolutely wonderful! much more exciting than the erg.
