giles completely and UTTERLY rules cuz he made the stupid Microsoft Fax driver reappear in my computer and I can now use my scanner to send faxes!! (I'm still using eFax to receive though, pretty much, cuz life is just MUCH easier that way, and it's not like it costs me anything.)
