[Watches her quietly for a moment, then lowers his head.]

I know what that gift from him means. I don't know what came over me, but it bothered me more than I would have shown normally.

[Shakes his head in an attempt to clear it, then sighs. The gas makes him feel awful weird, and his face contorts into a pained expression before he gains control over himself.]
