Reve Legacy - 2.1
I meant to post these last week, but my break was busier than I thought it would be. DX
When we last left the Reves, Amelia and Connel became elders. Apollo grew up, found the Hermione to his Ron, and they moved in together, which is where we pick up now.
There was a lot of woohoo-ing going on, so I wasn't too surprised when Rhianna rushed to the bathroom the next morning with the hurlage going on.
Yay promotion!
Apollo: ^______^
Rhianna makes it to work the next day, and even picked up the bills autonomously! (Yes, it's a big deal because nobody ever gets the damn mail. I need to get that automatic bill payer hack)
But she ran inside really quickly...

I always feel bad for my sims when they get really bad morning sickness. :[
Thelonius is wary of this babby business.
But Apollo promises to make time for cuddles, and all is well.
Rhianna starts to feel the pains of pregnancy, which is soon followed by the first bump!
I decided I didn't want her to wear the same pregwear as her mother-in-law, so I sent her to get something new.
The only thing of note that happened was another appearance by Nico, giving us his best Fonzie. I love this guy. XD
By the time Rhianna got back, Apollo got another promotion.
Rhianna changed into her new dress in time for the second pop, which I failed to catch. But I love the polka dots!
Rhianna: THE PAIN! DDDDD:
Amelia: Heh, I know that sound.
Connel: Hey, it's a baby. I tell you what.
What is with these guys, they're so indifferent.
Rhianna ran into the other room put the baby down, then out comes the other one! First set of twins, yay.
Amelia surveys the scene with her same weird smile.
I decided to go with a "music words" theme for this gen, so the girls are named Viola and Sinfonia. Viola is the first one, with green eyes, and Sinfonia is the second one, with blue eyes.
I made over the nursery again, I thought this purple was awesome.
Once I finished the nursery, Amelia gets over some of her indifference to feed the babies.
Apollo was at work while all this happened, so he comes back all happy and ready to take care of the babies, too.
Apollo: Ehhhhhhh.
Apollo: Baby tiiime, lalalalala, wheeee. *-500*
...okay, then.
Connel isn't too bad with the babies, either.
Rhianna, however, is bewildered by the whole thing.
Rhianna: What do I doooo. D:
Amelia: Ugh, that smells.
Change her diaper, don't just stand there!
Rhianna: That was a really stupid thing to do, Sinfonia!
Amelia: *wandered off*

She's much better with Thelonius, I think he's pretty tolerant after all the toddler abuse and random crap he's endured. XD
Either that, or he just doesn't give a shit.
After her first day back at work, Rhianna tracks a crapload of snow through the house. I wonder where she's going...
WTF! How the hell...eh, nevermind. I really shouldn't bother trying to figure out why these guys do what they do anymore. Besides, more babies is always better. ^_^
Amelia wanted to learn parenting, so I sent her to the bookshelf.
Amelia: So that's how you change a diaper...

She looks up from her studies just in time to see Sinfonia grow up.
I love it when the toddlers get that tuxedo, haha.

While Sinfonia was getting her new hair, Amelia took Viola to her cake to grow up.
Holy crap, I forgot I even had those defaults until now. You can tell how much I buy new clothes for my toddlers. >_>
I love that hair on her, so I didn't change anything.
It seems like a lot of stuff goes down when Apollo's at work, but he comes home often with promotions.
I never noticed the boxers before, it amused me. I wonder what sort of band he's roadie-ing for.
He gets back just in time to start potty-training Viola.

Now that she doesn't have to change their diapers, she's pretty good with the girls. She took the rest of the afternoon to teach both of them to talk.
If I wanted to sum up the girls' personalities so far, it would be in these two pictures:

Sinfonia: Go forth and do my bidding, Wobbly Wabbit Head. Bring forth the doom.
I kind of love how Sinfonia seems so diabolical as a toddler, I have this feeling that she's going to be more epic as she grows older.
She also followed Thelonius around the house, giving him death hugs the whole way. Awwwww.
After teaching the kids their life skills, Rhianna takes some time to ponder the great mysteries of life.
Rhianna: But what does it mean to be the gnome? What is the gnome's essence?
Rhianna: And what of this...sheep?
Apollo: You think too much.
Her next night's sleep is interrupted by the second pop! Baby's coming soon. :D
Connel: It's-a baby!
Well done, Connel. At least he's more interested in the birth this time, I guess.
Apollo keeps climbing up the ladder at work, yay!
He's just in time to see the baby being born, double yay!
It's a boy this time, Marcato. He looks like he might be a gender-switch of Viola, but it's too early to tell because I think most babies look the same. XD
Connel keeps up his unusual enthusiasm about the new baby, and Apollo catches up on cuddle time with Sinfonia.
Nonsense! Ninja Cat will not be slowed by the progression of age, pshaw!
I now like to think of him as Ninja Sensei Cat, he's still got the moves.
After finally being able to get back from work without hurling, Rhianna got a promotion! She looks so happy. ^_^
Birthday time! Somehow everyone except Amelia thinks they can see the celebration from behind the fridge.

She then went on to immerse herself in playing the violin, which made me laugh. Violin, Viola...heh.
Being the attentive g-ma that she is, Amelia takes Marcato over to help him grow up.

The snows of winter begin to melt away into spring, which Thelonius celebrates by being adorable with the butterflies.
And I scroll back into the house to see this.

Rhianna isn't bothered by it, and starts a tickle fight with Marcato. I love the toddler animations, they're so cute. :B

Sinfonia: You may have vanquished me this time, but I'll send my ghost after you to exact my final plan of doom!
Viola: Hah, I'm awesome.
Weary from the day's battles, Sinfonia passes out on the couch while Rhianna chows down.
Marcato is surprisingly quiet, he's content to just chill in his crib while everyone else is running around the house. Since Rhianna taught him a nursery rhyme, he just likes to hang out and sing to himself, haha.
After their first day of school, Sinfonia is displeased. B+'s are for losers, you know. If one is to bring the doom, one needs impeccable grades.
Viola is more interested in jumping on her parents' bed.
She's so hyper, it's hilarious.
Rhianna gets home with another promotion, yay!
The next day, the grades go up, but Sinfonia seems dubious.
Sinfonia: If I'm so awesome at class, why do I need homework? This is lame.
It's also time for Marcato's birthday! They both look so happy.
Awwww! He's adorable. I can't figure out who he reminds me of but he's cute. He also has a fuckload of active points so he runs EVERYWHERE.

It seems that Sinfonia has inherited the gift of getting along with Poochka, she spends a lot of time playing with her.
Viola is insanely playful, I don't know where it came from because every other Reve is super serious. Sinfonia is playful, too, but she really doesn't show it.

I wanted to put some more fun stuff on the lot, so I got them a lemon tree. Amelia wastes no time getting it ready for harvesting.
I found out that Rhianna has a gold gardening badge, wtf! She starts talking to the tree and creeping out the townie children.
Apollo moves on up to symphony conductor, woo!
It's time for Sinfonia to grow into a teen! She looks gravely at the cake.
Sinfonia: Hmmm, what shall I wish for? .... oh, yes, that's right. Doom.
She looks surprisingly cheerful for someone who spent her entire childhood pondering the meaning of doom.
Viola looks more amused than anything, haha.
Girl is working that jacket, but it is not working for me. I decided that both of them needed new hair as well.
I adore this hair on Sinfonia, and I gave her a little cat-eye eyeliner as well. I'm glad her eyebrows aren't terrifying anymore, too.
Sinfonia is a Knowledge sim who aspires to become a Media Magnate (of Doom, I imagine). She's turned on by clean brunettes and does not stand for unemployed bums. She's a Libra with a personality like this:

Viola is very sweet-looking, I wanted to keep her black-brown hair.
