So...
Side by side was awesome! I definitely fell in LOVE with my stand partner, Peter. As well as most everyone in the audience. Which, by the way, was awesome as well. A super great audience always makes concerts more fun and exciting. The concert went great, and talking to Peter was even better. [For those who auditioned for Side by Side, Peter was the bass guy who auditioned us.] He said that he's going back to college in Texas to get his bachelors, and hes leaving for the summer. BUT he can set me up with a really great bass guy for the fall thats supposedly amazing. And in just 3 rehearsals, I've gained much respect for Peter, and I'm definitely going to take his word for it about the bass guy. I can't even begin to explain how excited I am. SOO yeah :D
Other than that, nothing much has been going on. School is okay. OH!
GUESS WHO? IS MISSING!
We don't know what happened to it, it was just gone one day. Its so sad. We don't even really eat at Peps anymore either. In the gross orchestra room with the gross people. Its sad, its so much worse this year at lunch. Like 100x worse. But yeah, so no Guess Who? :( Maybe we'll switch games to something like Taboo. Thats an awesome game too. But no, Guess Who? tops them all :)
So Sarah's home. Its nice. It always is unless shes a raving mad woman like she normally is. Like Oscar came over today and we were eating dinner and I was trying to tell a story, and it took FOREVER because Oscar kept on laughing when I would make my impressions of Ms. Ducharme. This dinner was actually a lot of fun :)
So I'm ditching the idea of getting the Scion xB, and my dad and I agree that if I can find an economical, reliable, HUGE UTILITY VAN, I can have it. He said he'd pay up to $25,000 for one. SO AWESOME! I want a 14-seater, so I can fit like, 6 basses, or the usual, 14 people. Hudson wouldn't have to rent a bus to take us to Honors :P I'm so excited though, I really hope that one works out. Can you imagine, me, in a huge, white, 14-seater van? I can only dream...
So my room is so cool now. Even cooler :D I have CD's on the wall now [thanks to Sarah :)], and my picture wall is full and awesome. I moved my little book shelf things, and am still thinking of things to put up on my wall with the huge amp. I'm thinking of putting my paintings there. All the little ones Oscar, my mom and I made. They're cool, and colorful, and creative, and that's all my room is :) So it will work out perfectly, hehe.
I need to have a bonfire/pool party! Everyone's invited!
