Need your advice!
Ok... so I have a lab book for my Bus 107 class. It cost me $75.00! Not cheap!! So the first day we need the lab book, one of my friends, who I have been friends with since high school, asks me if he can borrow my lab book for that day since he hasn't gotten one. He has the class right before mine so I didn't see a problem in letting him borrow it for one day. After his class was over he waited around and gave me back my book. So... no problem. I get to class and one of my friends who is sitting next to me, asks if we can share the lab book for that day cause she doesn't have one. What else am I supposed to say? So we shared. Well, when the class was over, neither of us had finished the assignment so she said she needed the book to finish. Ahhhh! So being the nice person I am... I let her borrow my book. I come to class today... and both of my friends have NOT bought their own book. My friend from high school even said, "I am so glad I don't have to buy a book." I was like, "Wait a minute... I am not sharing." His response... which blew me away was, "Well what am I supposed to do? I don't have money." Like it is MY problem! I still have to talk to the other friend tomorrow and make sure she realizes... it is my book. Not like I am trying to not be a kind person or anything... but I have to make sure I get my assignments done and have my book. I can't worry about who has it or when I can get it done so they can have it to complete their assignment. If anyone knows or has advice as how to approach the situation... post please!
