Four Months Old

Glory is four months old today.

She is a happy and bright young girl who likes to hug her toes and give everyone smiles. She's grown so quickly we can barely keep up, and is already up to her 6-9 month clothing size. She's found her toes and is learnig to blow the more polite sort of raspberries. She makes noises, though on the whole she's fairly quiet. She loves music of all sorts and especially lovse to watch the big people dance around her doing goofy dances. She seems to know when her diaper is about to be changed as she starts smiling as soon as she's "in position" even before the diaper gets opened up (when it's making her uncomfortable). She pushes up to forty-five degrees when on her belly and has once or twice (probably by accident) rolled from her belly to her back. No teeth yet, but she is tremendously (and appropriately) oral and loves to chew on the little wool doll in this picture as well as her parents' fingers.

I'm not ready for time to keep moving this quickly.

parenthood, glory
