okay so this year is going to be nuts...
i got both of the jobs that i had interviews for, both of which are high-demand jobs in kent. i got the job at the rec on monday and the job at rockne's on tuesday. i don't think i'll be able to keep all three so im going to drop the rec job since i really dont think that working three jobs and going to class is going to work for me. i was going to work work mornings. 5:45 a.m.???
... no thanks.
anyways, i start at rockne's on wednesday and i. can't. wait. sounds lame, i know. but it seems like it'll be fun, plus thats more money for me, and i don't sit in a cubicle all the time...
dont get me wrong. i love the job i have at the phonecenter. everyone there is great, i love the people, and im alright at the job, so when push comes to shove, i could never leave there. but i just can't acheive everything by working there alone.
secondly, and uber-excitingly.... im living in an apartment this year!! woo hoo townhomes! should be a damn blast. im so glad... and the girls im living with rock.
right on.
...i've also realized that most people never follow through, and people like that are undeserving of good friends who would lay down their lives for them.
that's all.
also... i didnt get to see my friends from home at all this summer. but it isn't completely my fault. nonethe less, i miss you all and i love you and hope you're doing well. if i wasnt still taking classes and working, i would have more time to love you.... =(
