ahm I am alive. sort of.
So as many of you know, I am lazy, so that's how I started off in university. No complains since I actually got an A, A- and a B- ( booo booo for that class) we'll see how I did on my other midterms. Thing is, I have to stop being lazy. Why you may wonder? because I want to go into a competitive program at a good school.
The ideal would be International Law at University of Toronto. But their requirements is that you graduate from university with an average of 86 and up, which is an A average.
The second to best would be the same program at University of Ottawa. they are much easier to get into, they require around 82 percent average, which is an A-. Yay, right?
Also I would create such a huge debt if I go for that, but hell I know for a fact I don't want to be an academic for the rest of my life, so a masters/PhD is more like my backup plan.
I am hoping that the fact that I should get an honours degree might help, and the fact that I have language skillz. ( as in Spanish).
I know you might think that I am planning way too ahead of time right, I would have to apply in like 2 years. I know.
But guess what, people who plan stuff ahead of time, have more chances of getting there.
Also it gives me a good reason to work my ass off in university.
I shall stop ranting now.
oh some might wonder BUT OMG! you have McGill unviersity right in your city! you should likeh1 so go for that!.
and my answer is. I don't like McGill =) I have my rational reasons, just too lazy to write them down.
