recently, I've started to feel down and out at work--sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day, and decided to start rowing a standard 4-3-2-1 (10 minute total) piece, at 20/22/24/26 strokes per minute each morning to get me energized and it's been amazing. Splits are, obviously, nowhere near optimal 1:50-something I used to do when I was in crew, but it's been nice at around 2:10ish for the past week.

90 minute piece this morning, 'cuz I had nowhere to be:
2:33.4/500m
17,000 something meters.

Split isn't anything to gawk at, but just for putting in the time.

This sort of thing might become more common again now. I'm feeling more in-body, healthier, and happier.
