[Simply walking into Leonardo's workshop is enough to show that something is amiss. Papers have been thrown on the ground and there appears to be paint splattered on the floor. Of course, the man lying on the couch is sort of odd, too. With a sniffle and a strained cough, he rolls onto his side and covers his face, pushing his hat off his head and onto the floor.]
