For future reference, chunky tomato soup: lots of fresh mint, lots of onion, lots of lemon juice, lots of ground black pepper. NOM. Well worth making again.
(It was the lemon juice that really made it, I'd say. Mmmm, lovely sharp freshness! Also, now my breath is totally minty, snerk.)
