Couple of questions!

1. Are visual novel openings okay? Like Umineko no Naku Koro Ni's since megaupload isn't working well for me for the anime OP...

2. Would the Umineko Motion Graphics be considered official enough for decks?

1. Visual novel openings are totally fine! :D

2. Yes, they can have decks! On a tangent, I'm still not really sure how 'official' UMGs are, but they're doujin works [I think?] like the visual novels so... |D Plus it's a waste not to make decks out of them.

Yesss they're so pretty *_* I was thinking of making a deck for the UMGs instead of the VN OPs because of the VN art...

Ok. So. I want to donate Dragon Ball Z Kai's opening (Next Month). But. there are currently different version of the opening. It's the same song just different sequences.......

Should I treat it like Variants? Variant 1 = first opening. Variant 2 = second opening.... ETC.

Or should they be separate openings.....(sob)?

Sorry if this was confusing/hard to answer. I don't mind either way. Just as long as there's a ton of Vegeta everywhere!

If the song is used only for DBZ Kai, then I would count the different sequences as variants!

On that note, if the song also shows up in other Dragon Ball series, then it would count as a different opening with its own set of variants for those other series. :D

Okay. Thanks! After screen capping the opening, I think it should work out. XD

Uhhhhm. I may have missed this somewhere already, but.

Are we permitted to change the cards we've already claimed for freebies as long as the post itself is still marked "open"? IE I want to change something I already posted to pick up for this month's release, and can edit it still. Is that legal?

For puzzle decks, would drama CDs for something which is (currently anyway) manga-only be permitted? I know the theme is "Credits", which implies there would be anime/game/animation of some sort to go with it, but... yeah. Wishful thinking, since I really like how the decks look here. DX

As long as it's a Drama CD of a Japanese source, manga-only series too are perfectly acceptable! :D

Would an insert song sequence from a movie be permitted as a regular deck? The sequence I have in mind has no spoken dialogue (or even sound effects) so it plays out as a big training montage; or to make it simpler to explain, it would be this that I'm looking at (only without the karaoke subs!).

As long as there's no dialogue, an insert song as a regular deck would be perfectly fine! :D

Update - Insert Songs as Regular Decks ratiosu December 31 2011, 11:48:28 UTC
Just wanted to add on as an update:

This rule has been changed. As long as there are enough images for a complete deck, all insert song sequences are welcomed, dialogue or no dialogue!
