Kiku's Memory Challenge 34 ✘ SPECIAL

Kiku has memorized tons of anime openings and endings by just their description!
Today he challenges you to see if you can do the same!
However, this time, Kiku felt like going with a Vocaloids song (not made by Yamaha.)
She is a girl with ten faces. It starts off with her second personality, and it then goes to the third, fourth, and so on until the tenth personality. The original one then appears, running, and then a panda puppet appears, apparently being the "boy" in this video (though this Vocaloid sings the male's part too.) She then appears to accept that she's one person, and the personalities almost (miraculously) disappears.
Tell me the Vocaloid, "Artist" (one who's credited for the song), and song name the above sequence comes from for a total of 3 cards! (If you find the right video on YouTube, it should be easy. Oh, and yes, please use the original version of this song.)
