-a list of all the decks you made in the previous month
-the total number of all the decks you made for that month
-whether you want to receive tickets, stamps or stars for your bonus
to receive your deckmaking pay!

It's probably easier to count the decks I didn't make. OTL

That's 38 decks! Gahaha. Taking my pay in stars.

Fill out the respective forms if there are decks you would like to make on your own! You will get rewards for up to 3 decks, this can be any mix of regular and puzzle decks.

Regular/Puzzle Decks

✘ Name: Name of the song, or the OST (if it's just an OST and has no special name, leave it as OST 1/2 etc)
✘ Deckname: What you intend to name the deck

✘ Sequence: For regular decks, which OP/ED is this? [eg: Ending 2, Opening 1 Variant 2 etc]. For puzzle decks, which OST or OP/ED is this? [eg: OST 1, Ending 3, Opening 2 etc]. For insert songs, just leave it as 'insert song'.
✘ Creditless/With Credits: Let us know if the images have credits
