deckmaking post for january!
hiya everyone! i hope the new years was great for you! it feels so weird for me to post this asdfjkl; but yeah i'll try my hardest to be a good mod! in no way can i replace tari, but i'll try my best to keep credits alive! without further adieu, here is the deckmaking post for january!
ASPECT RATIOS
Please do check through the images first before starting on your deck! If the aspect ratio of the images look strange to you [eg: circle shapes looking like ovals and people looking overly tall or wide], please notify me before making the deck so that I can fix the images for you. If you're not very sure if the images are okay, PM Chuu so that she can check for you. Thank you!
Punctuations
For consistency sake, where song titles have punctuation/symbols in them, please include/exclude the following from the deck names in the cards...
Must be included: ampersand ( & ), apostrophes ( ' ), exclamation marks ( ! ), question marks ( ? ), dash ( - ), equal sign ( = )
Please don't include these: commas ( , ), colons ( : ), semi-colons ( ; ), full stops (.), tildes ( ~ ), percentage ( % ), other symbols (like stars, music note, @, etc)
Dashes ( - ) should be part of the filename as well, but it's easy to remember since Windows generally disallow punctuations as part of filenames. |D

Please comment to the respective thread to claim player donations! No need to PM me since everyone will be able to read the thread and see who is claiming what. If you want to claim more decks, make a new comment to the thread, don't reply to your old comment!
The upcoming list is up here [but it won't be updated with the new deck donations until after this month's release]; feel free to stalk the deck donation pages as well!
Deckmaking Pay for December
Please comment to the respective thread to receive your deckmaking pay for the previous month!
Your pay will be based on the number of decks you have made during the previous month. Give me a list of all the decks you made [this includes your own decks], as well as the total number of decks you made. You'll receive 1 random card per deck made, and a choice between 1 ticket for every 10 decks made OR 1 stamp for every 15 decks made OR equivalent number of stars.
Deckmaker Deck Donations
Please comment to the respective thread to donate your decks! Make sure you can finish your decks within this month.
You can make 3 decks for yourself at any time during the month. Please help us with clearing our backlog before making a 4th or 5th+ deck for yourself. No donation rewards for 4th/5th+ decks that you make yourself!
Special Deck Donations
Instead of picking just 1 deckmaker, I've decided to pick 2 deckmakers every month! I'll follow the deckmaker list in alphabetical order by your nickname.
This month, mokubas and ratiosu can make special decks. Everything you need to know about special decks is here, and you have to let me know who/what your special deck will be about. Seiyuu decks and themed decks are considered special decks, so you can only donate either a seiyuu deck or a themed deck. You can just comment to this post and I'll get back to you asap.
Submitting Your Completed Decks
Please include a Notepad file with all the details of the deck! The details include the deckname, which series it is from, which OP/ED it is, who the deckmaker is, and who the donator of the images is. Copy/paste this form into a Notepad file and fill out the details for every deck you complete:
Deckname: Song Name: Series: Sequence: Which OP/ED it is [eg: Opening 2. For variant OPs, Opening 1 Variant 2] Deckmaker: the name of the deckmaker Images: the name of the donator - if you gathered the images yourself, list your name here
Your cards and the PSD file for the deck should be in a folder [the folder's name being the deckname], and that folder should be zipped up. Rename the zip file to the deckname, upload it to a filesharing site, and then PM ratiosu the link! She'll upload it to the site.
Our deadline is 31 January. The earlier you get your decks in, the better! If you find that you cannot finish your claimed decks by the deadline, please do let us know so that we can help you! Don't worry, we understand that real life happens all the time.
