People can claim character albums sung by different characters as Character Singles! When I wrote the rules, I had only been thinking of insert songs sung by popular characters and how a hard-and-fast rule would be better in making sure there wasn't the situation of a handful of players trying to monopolize insert songs by popular characters [because everyone can collect a puzzle deck but only one person can earn a character single].

So for your case, we can make an exception because you want the Gundam Wing image songs and disallowing you from applying for them simply because of the lack of covers and images doesn't sit well with me. Because there're so many ways character image songs can be released, it should have been a case-by-case thing instead of a hard-and-fast rule anyway.

Also since Operations 3 has most of the songs, you can claim that one instead as your character single! Thank you for bringing this to my attention; the fact that there are character songs included in OSTs for various series completely slipped my mind. Looks like it's back to figuring out the rules again for me.

I've been thinking about it since I want to be fair to Aby, who may want to grab a GW boy herself, only to find I grabbed the cd which kinda shoots her chances with any of them. (which I really don't want to do to her) ^^;

...And now to make your life even more complicated, some cds have booklets that allow them to have different covers. One of the operations cds had an image of each boy with their name on the image and nothing else to indicate the single. Would you allow that?

(yes, I know you hate me now that I've asked question after question and look all... demanding! D: which is not my intention but I want to know so I can plan ahead!)

Yea, Heero Yuy has 5 or 6 alone and they're scattered among the cds. I used to be a better fangirl and knew specifics... but it's 15 years old now! I've forgotten. T-T;;

Actually, I really appreciate that you're discussing about this with me! You're not demanding at all; I'm worried myself that you would be annoyed by how indecisive and wishy washy I am with this matter. XD No matter what I decide, something else comes up which I find that I have to handle in a manner completely opposite to my decision. x_o So we're *still* trying to find a way that works for most cases.

But if each character have booklet images of their own, that actually simplify things since you can claim the individual songs using those booklet images. Whether it is written on the booklet [or cover] image that it's an image song or not doesn't matter to me. Some songs even have textless versions of their cover images and players may prefer to use those instead [which is perfectly fine]. I trust you all to be honest about the images used and everything!

Oh good! I felt like I was being annoying but if it's helping you think it through, then yay for discussion. (I'm not frustrated, I understand the wishy washy-ness. You had an idea, and then I came along and kinda dropped it on its head with exceptions to the rule.) ^-^

The boys do (pretty sure Trieze and Zechs won't have covers/booklets anywhere despite having a song each, but Relena does). I have scans on my computer of the textless versions afterall (they look awkward without the information). To get the one's that look like CD covers I'd have to scan my copies. (only annoying cause I don't have a scanner, but it can happen. ^-^)

So I'm relieved that I have options now. Before I was a little worried that I'd be one the few people in the corner kinda going... uhm... I don't have a single/character available... so now what? (though finding an image was really the scary part for me) .-.;

I found them. Operations 4 has most of the character songs. Operations 2 had the changeable cover images. I'd have to see if my boyfriend can scan them but I think they'd work. ( since they DO have the cd information on them afterall. >_>;; )
