Because I only had two actual icon posts at my old journal I'm reposting them here for easy reference use.

1. Take this picture and this picture and blend them together. My canvas was 396x170. Make sure that anything near the top of blend isn’t something you want as you’re cropping later. My image looks like so:
2. Duplicate the base and set it to screen 100%
3. Create a new raster layer and flood fill with an exclusion layer of #0d3e67 at 40% opacity
4. Create another raster layer and flood fill with a soft light layer at 80% of #000000
5. It was to orange/red for my liking so I created another raster layer and flood fill with a new lighten layer of #301141 at 60%
6. Now it just didn’t look right so I created another raster layer and flood fill with a colour burn layer at 100% of #d3e5f4
7. I like the colour more now so I added a red dot on screen (click) and got:
8. I wanted my image to be more blue-y so I added another raster layer and flood filled with #3a789c on soft light with 100% opacity
9. Then I added the text. Violation, you should all know of by now =D, with colour of #FFFFFF and at 11pt.
10. Then I selected a general area I wanted to use for the curved area.
11. Then go to Select>>Modify>>Smooth. Select 20px. That’s just how I made it because it’s the only way I know of so if you know another way feel free to use it ;)
12. Then I copied the image (Edit>>Copy Merged) onto a black canvas the size of the original blended image (396x170) and moved it off to the left a bit. Then duplicate the image and move it slightly to the right to give you our finished image.
