Lots of trips

Jul 29, 2006 17:46

Ok, so I am planning two trips now.. one for the Summer to Montreal and oen for the winter to Mexico adri27enne will be coming along to Mexico.

Both trips were a great deal the one to Montreal will run from the 14 until the 21st of August and costs only 294 dollars including taxes

The one to Mexico costs 630 dollars including taxes (return) per person.

We will get there on the 14 of Dec. and return on the 7th of January.

I just spoke to Luis and he will be in Mexic city for a couple of days after his arrival, so we may be able to hang out with him while we are there!

So the idea is to spend at least two or three days in Mexico city, and these are the places I would like to visit while there:

1. The National Museum of Anthropology and history.
2. The pyramids of Tenochtitlan
3. The park of Chapultepec
4. The Historic Downtown
5. Xochimilco

Then we would head to where I am from which is called Colima, the idea is to balance the time between the xmas celebrations and some traveling, the spots I would like to cover are:

1. Colima city and surrounding areas (xmas Celebrations)
2. Comala
3. El salto (waterfalls)
4. Los Amiales (river)
5. Tecoman (turtles, manglars and ocean)
6. Manzanillo (toutisty area) (maybe for new year's)
7. Barra de Navidad / tenacatita (more isolated beaches)

8. Guadalajara
9. Tlaquepaque
10. Tequila
11. Guanajuato
12. either Morelia or Aguascalientes

IF Aguascaluentes
13. Zacatecas
14. San Luis Potosi (maybe)

IF Morelia
13. Patzcuaro
14. Monarch butterfly sanctuary

Then the idea is to come back to mexico city and tour around.. but talking to Luis, he actually ivited us over to .. OAXACA, for a few days,

so we could arrive into Mexico city, leave our luggage at Elke's stay there for the rest of teh day and that evening take the bus down to Oaxaca.

Considering we decide to leave on the 3rd. to Mexico City, we could go on to Oaxaca on teh 4th stay there until the 6th and leave for Canada on the morning of the 7th.

How does that sound??? to me busy.
