History: Jophiel, God's Beauty and Defender, one of the Archangels. He was one of the last archangels to be captured, but the first to break. Without his family, he was nothing. He bounced from auction house to auction house, proving unable for hard work.
His first master expected a house maid. Someone to tidy up and keep out intruders. However, his first night there, Jophiel redecorated the room to be the most beautiful place on Earth. His master was very unappreciative; there is no accounting for taste.
The second mistress is a little more unstable. She had read the papers a little more carefully, and had learned of Jophiel's aptitude for design. A failing artist, she scraped together the money she needed to buy him, and now uses him to create beautiful works.
Jophiel's treatment depends on the state of his mistress. If she's sober, she lavishes care on her money maker. If not? She's terrifyingly cruel to him. He distrusts humans and alcohol. If you ask him to create art, he will go off the deep end. He's generally friendly to other Enslaved beings, unless you pick on him first.
