RAMADAN SEASON IS HERE

Ingredients:
1)Cumin Seeds - 2 teaspoo
2)One onionn
3)Garlic - 4 cloves
4)Long beans - 30 Grams or 8 sticks
5) 2 cucumbers
6) 2 eggs
7)fresh coriander

Cooking Method:

Add cumin seeds,whole garlic cloves and diced onions to hot soyabean oil in a wok.Stir and mix well.Careful not to turn it brown. Add the long beans and stir.Cook for a while to soften the long beans,make sure not too cook too well.Add battered eggs on the long beans.Scramble.Then add the diced cucumbers.Stir.Make sure again not to cook too well or it might differ in taste.Add salt to taste.
Garnish the dish in chopped fresh coriander.

Servings for 4-5 people as a side dish with tandoori nan bread or as a salad.

It could also be a refreshing and filling dish for those who are fasting this ramadan season.Enjoy.
